Hi, I’m Monica Rose.
I started this blog back in 2014 to motivate me to train for long distance races. Since then I’ve ran the NYC Marathon, the Brooklyn Half, the Golden Gate Half and the Nike Woman’s Half in San Francisco and a dozen or more shorter races.
I work in tech PR, am a former morning news producer and recovering news junkie. Right now, I’m living in a vagabond lifestyle and moving to a different town each month with my husband and our dog.
I’ll share my adventures here – from travel tips and race training to my favorite recipes and killer sales.
